Aadhaar Xerox of student and parent has to be submitted.

Caste certificate (if applicable) has to be submitted.

Two latest passport size photos of student and parent have to be submitted.

Transfer certificate of previous school.

Progress report card of previous school.

Study certificate and TC of previous school.
